Eligibility and platform access

The Lots application and API require authorized access. These docs are public; application eligibility is separate. See product availability.

Geographic controls

Official access uses a country allowlist. Locations outside the permitted set, explicitly blocked locations and unknown locations are denied. Being able to read these docs does not establish eligibility to use the application.

Country checks are only one part of eligibility. Residence, personal eligibility and issuer restrictions also determine access. Consult the applicable service terms and the issuer’s current documents. Robinhood Stock Tokens and issuer documents.

When access is unavailable

An unavailable region or restricted account is an access restriction, separate from transaction settlement. Check official destinations for published access information. An unlisted country is not automatically eligible.

Keep transaction receipts and exact asset addresses when checking an existing holding. Access restrictions, component-transfer restrictions and unavailable market routes describe different conditions; recovery guidance explains those distinctions.

Public contracts and official services

Interface and API controls do not themselves prevent independent calls to public contracts. Technical callability does not establish eligibility or authorize bypassing restrictions. Contract execution also depends on token transfers, liquidity and transaction limits.
