Eligibility and platform access
Lots is intended for eligible users. PRD v4 approves UK and US geoblocking at official platform entry points and transaction APIs. It does not establish that every person elsewhere is eligible.
What the approved platform controls do
Protected actions require consistent server-side location and policy checks. If location or policy cannot be established, those actions are denied. A hidden button or a client-supplied country is not sufficient enforcement.
The interface should explain unavailable-region states and provide a support/appeal route. Legal, privacy, status and support information should remain accessible where lawful. This static initial docs site is informational and does not implement transaction access enforcement.
Location is not the whole policy
Geography does not determine residence, US-person status, beneficial ownership or all issuer restrictions. Robinhood's issuer documentation describes restrictions extending beyond a simple UK/US platform rule. An identified but unreviewed country is a separate unresolved policy case from unknown geolocation. The PRD does not authorize treating all unlisted countries as permitted.
Outstanding decisions
The entity and incorporation jurisdiction, intended audience, additional country/territory rules, person eligibility/verification, issuer compatibility, lawful restricted-user exits, full terms and privacy remain expressly undecided.
Legal and issuer review must assess the complete product. If contract-level eligibility controls are required, that needs explicit architecture and product resolution before deployment. Publishing a disclaimer or implementing geoblocking does not resolve these questions.
Public contracts and official services
Frontend and API controls do not themselves prevent independent calls to public contracts. Technical callability is not legal eligibility or authorization to bypass restrictions. Official route availability, contract executability and lawful access are different questions.
