What is Lots?
Lots is a platform for launching and trading community and meme tokens against stock-token exposure on Robinhood Chain. A creator can choose one approved stock token or bundle 2–10 approved stock tokens into a reusable basket, then launch a meme token paired with that quote asset.
The idea is simple: a community can have both a cultural identity and a chosen asset in which it trades. An AI-themed community might choose a basket of stock tokens associated with its theme. Different communities can share that basket while each has its own meme token, market and creator.
A trader can then think in basket units: can I finish a trade with more of this basket than I started with? That is the same denomination idea as trying to grow an ETH or SOL balance by trading a meme against ETH or SOL. Here, the quote asset can represent several stock tokens at once. A successful trade can increase exposure to every fixed component; an unsuccessful trade can reduce it.
These docs explain the approved design in Lots PRD v4, dated 11 September 2026. Product descriptions and walkthroughs describe intended behavior, not verified live availability. Deployment, integrated security audits, recovery validation and legal clearance remain outstanding. Read product status for the distinction.
Three core actions
| Action | What you do | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Bundle | Deposit the complete stock-token recipe and mint its basket token | Several tokens become one redeemable receipt |
| Unbundle | Burn basket tokens and redeem the complete recipe | The receipt becomes its component stock tokens |
| Rotate | Sell one meme and buy another using their shared quote | Your meme position changes; the basket recipe does not |
Creating a basket defines the recipe. Bundling funds that recipe. Launching a meme creates a separate market against it. These are related actions, with different outcomes.
What you hold matters
A basket token is a receipt for fixed quantities of stock tokens held in its vault. A meme token is a speculative token that can be sold through available liquidity. Holding the meme does not give you direct redemption rights over the basket, its components or the pool's reserves.
The stock tokens themselves provide issuer-defined economic exposure. They are not direct ownership of company shares. Read token rights before treating any of these holdings as interchangeable.
Choose a starting point
- Understand the idea: Why Lots? and trading in basket units.
- Create a theme: Understand baskets, then launch a community token.
- Trade: Get started, buy and sell, then rotate.
- Understand protections: Smart contracts, permissions and recovery.
Lots takes its name partly from a stock-market “lot”: a quantity of securities traded as a unit. The project name is Lots, its domain is lotsonchain.com, and its X handle is @lotsonchain.
