$LOTS token

$LOTS is the protocol token. Its holders are the intended recipients of network rewards in individual Lot tokens; it is also the target of protocol ETH-funded buybacks and burns.

Holder distributions and protocol buybacks are upcoming, with no published distribution schedule. Check programme status and the token address.

$LOTS and Lot tokens

NameMeaning
LotsThe protocol
$LOTSIts protocol token
Lot tokenA redeemable unit of a particular asset composition
Launch tokenA separate speculative token trading against a Lot or eligible direct quote

An AI Lot and an energy Lot have different recipes and tokens. Both can contribute to the reward reserve. $LOTS itself is not redeemable against either vault.

How trading fees connect to the token

The protocol receives a share of each collected pool asset. Within that allocation, all Lot-token receipts are reserved for holders, while any separately available ETH is dedicated to $LOTS buybacks.

Fee collection preserves the assets received; it does not convert launch tokens into ETH or $LOTS. The fee mechanism explains rates, the split between project and protocol and worked examples.

Buybacks and burns

Protocol ETH buys $LOTS, then burns reduce supply. Optional project buybacks target the project's own launch token. Available funding, executed purchases and completed burns are distinct; supply reduction does not guarantee a price increase. See buyback mechanics.

Rewards in the assets behind the narratives

If markets contribute Lot A and Lot B, the reserve holds both as separate assets. Each keeps its own component exposure and redemption rules. The mix follows actual receipts; amounts can be zero and values can fall.

Upcoming Dynamic Lots extend this model to current managed holdings. Network rewards explains which assets contribute and what holders receive.

Keep the rights distinct

A reward Lot carries its own redemption rights. Receiving it does not rewrite another Lot, make a launch token redeemable or turn $LOTS into ownership of every vault. See token rights.

The application's $LOTS card links to external markets. Verify the token address and the provider's routes, fees and settlement terms.
