Risks and disclaimers

These pages describe Lots' intended product under PRD v4. They are educational product documentation, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to trade, or an offer where an offer is not lawful. They are not final contractual terms, a privacy notice or evidence of regulatory clearance.

Status and evidence

This initial version does not verify a live Lots deployment, approved contract addresses, issuer authorization, completed audits or successful economic trials. Independent contract and web/API security review, integrated engineering validation and legal decisions remain outstanding. Read product status.

Statements about contract behavior describe requirements until verified implementation evidence is published. Use of established protocols does not imply their audits cover Lots' integrations.

You can lose the full value of a position

Meme tokens are speculative. Community interest, concentration, trading activity and liquidity can change sharply. A stock-related theme does not remove meme-token risk or create a company endorsement.

Trading in basket units can increase or reduce the number of basket receipts you finish with. Dollar performance also depends on the quote asset's value. There is no passive yield, guaranteed accumulation, price floor or assured return from pairing with stocks. Worked examples illustrate both directions.

Understand the separate rights

A meme token has no direct claim on basket tokens, component tokens or pool reserves. It exits through executable liquidity.

A healthy basket receipt represents its fixed component-token recipe, subject to atomic-unit rounding and impairment rules. It is not a stablecoin, fixed-dollar deposit or rebalanced portfolio.

Stock tokens are issuer-defined instruments providing economic exposure; they do not turn Lots users into direct company shareholders. Review the issuer's current prospectus, supplements and applicable final terms. Robinhood Stock Tokens.

Market and execution risks

Displayed market cap, FDV, NAV, TVL or locked liquidity value is not cash guaranteed to sellers. A quoted route can expire or revert. Price impact, slippage, fees, gas and unavailable component markets affect outcomes.

The opening public buy fee starts at 90% and decays over 50 actual L2 blocks; approximate seconds are not a guarantee. Rotation pays both swap fees. Creator opening purchases are paid but fee-free, unvested and may be sold. Recipient caps do not guarantee equal access or prevent multiple-wallet concentration.

A fixed basket can be concentrated in correlated assets. It does not automatically rebalance when prices move. Issuer, market, currency and corporate-action risks remain in the quote exposure.

Contract, chain and issuer risks

Bugs, economic exploits, malicious interfaces, compromised keys, approval misuse, infrastructure outages, chain disruptions and incorrect integrations can cause loss or prevent execution. Permanent principal locking constrains discretionary removal; it does not prove the system is safe.

Operators have approved limited powers and no discretionary official-pool trading pause, including during serious exploits. That boundary limits emergency response. New-launch, issuance and official-route controls remain distinct.

Issuer controls can also restrict token transfers. A basket wrapper does not remove them, and a liquid market does not override them. The issuer prospectus describes blocking, pausing, freezing and related interventions under its terms. RHJ Base Prospectus.

Recovery is not insurance

Persistent impairment may enter a separately authorized recovery process. Converted claims are wallet-bound and non-transferable. Healthy distributions must preserve impaired-component entitlements, but there is no guaranteed recovery amount, deadline, buyer for a claim or automatic replacement asset.

The recovery algorithm, including pool-held basket receipts under the principal lock, is unvalidated. A meme-only holder has no direct basket recovery claim. See recovery.

The official platform design blocks UK/US access to protected actions and denies those actions when location or policy cannot be established. Other restrictions may apply; being outside those locations is not proof of eligibility. The full legal entity, audience, issuer-compatibility, eligibility, exit, terms and privacy decisions remain unresolved.

Transactions may have tax or reporting consequences depending on the user and jurisdiction. These docs make no determination about an individual's treatment. Consult qualified advisers for your circumstances.

Examples and third parties

All X/Y/Z prices, quantities and return scenarios are illustrative. They are not current quotes, approved token listings, trading signals or forecasts. References to other products explain context, not endorsement or equivalent rights, economics or security.

Names, tickers, images and social links can be misleading or impersonated. Verify canonical chain/address identity. Moderation can change visibility but cannot undo a confirmed transaction or rewrite committed metadata.
