Core actions

Lots separates defining a composition, funding it, and creating a market against it. You can use one action without completing the whole sequence.

1. Compose

Choose eligible components and proportions to publish a fixed recipe. This creates or reuses the Lot's canonical identity without depositing assets or creating a launch token. See Understanding Lots.

2. Mint

Deposit every required component. The vault verifies actual delivery before issuing Lot tokens. Inputs round up at component precision to avoid underfunding. See minting.

3. Launch

Create a separate fixed-supply speculative token and its market against the selected Lot or direct stock quote. The launch token has no direct redemption right over the quote or pool reserves. See launching.

4. Trade or rotate

Buying and selling exchange assets through executable liquidity. Native ETH and USDG routes can acquire or sell components around the launch-pool swap.

Rotation sells one launch token into the shared quote and buys another in one transaction. Both launches must use the same factory and exact quote. A Lot stays intact between the swaps. See trading and rotation.

5. Redeem

Burn Lot tokens to receive the complete fixed component recipe. Outputs round down at component precision. Launch-token holders must first sell for Lot tokens. See redemption.

The complete model

Compose → recipe
Mint → components become Lot tokens
Launch → a new token trades against that Lot
Trade → exchange assets; rotate between compatible markets
Redeem → Lot tokens become components

Follow the asset flow for custody and settlement. Upcoming Dynamic Lots use current portfolio proportions; manager rebalancing is separate from trader rotation.

The separate holder-reward allocation

Network rewards reserve protocol Lot-token fee receipts for $LOTS holders. They are separate from these user actions and their trading results.
