The redemption path starts with a basket receipt. A meme holder must first sell through executable liquidity to obtain that receipt. In a direct-stock launch, the stock token itself is the quote and the vault is omitted.

A creator's journey

Choose a quote → prepare community details → set the permanent fee → optionally buy at launch or allocate future earnings to buybacks → review → sign → share the confirmed launch.

After launch, the creator can inspect earnings, claim available fees and change future buyback allocation. They cannot edit the committed name, ticker, images, description or social links, change the basket recipe, increase supply or rewrite the permanent trading fee.

A trader's journey

Find a market → inspect its quote and risks → choose funding → review a complete quote → approve if needed → sign → verify the receipt → decide whether to hold, sell or rotate.

Using ETH for payment does not make ETH the meme's quote asset. A route can acquire the required basket behind the scenes while the official pool remains meme/basket.

What the first version includes

The MVP design includes existing self-custody wallet connections, basket creation/reuse, launches, supported buys and sells, same-quote rotation, in-kind basket operations, holdings, recovery views, creator claims, bounded buybacks, discovery and moderation.

It does not include embedded email/social wallets, chat, comments, live streams, integrated fiat onramps or bridges, stablecoin payment/output choices, basket rebalancing, community takeover of fee rights or cross-basket rotation. See status and scope for unresolved validation and deferred features.
