LotFlow liquidity

LotFlow, the Lots liquidity hook, connects a Lot's market to the assets inside it. It is a Uniswap v4 hook. For each Lot/USDG swap it creates liquidity using the Lot's minting and redemption paths, then removes that temporary position before the transaction completes.

A Lot keeps its fixed component recipe throughout. LotFlow supplies a trading route while preserving each Lot token's component redemption rights.

Compatible external routers use LotFlow for the Lot/USDG leg. Native launch trades use Lots routers; native readiness and liquidity funding also use LotFlow. Review the actual route and platform differences.

A buy follows the components

For a Lot purchase, the hook acquires each required component, mints Lot tokens and places liquidity for the buyer. Pricing accounts for component acquisition costs and the configured spread. Unused temporary inventory is unwound within the same transaction.

USDG → acquire components → mint Lot → fill the Lot purchase

A sale follows redemption

For a Lot sale, the hook supplies USDG liquidity, receives Lot tokens, redeems them and sells their components to settle the transaction.

Lot → redeem components → sell components → settle in USDG

Execution requires component-market liquidity and sufficient Lot inventory for settlement. Those requirements limit trade size independently of the Lot vault's backing.

Best source per component

For every component, LotFlow compares the best of up to three pools per asset and uses the single source that executes best at the size that trade actually needs. Admitted sources are USDG-paired:

  • the component's registered Uniswap v4 pools without a hook; and
  • approved Uniswap v3 pools listed for that component.

A source that cannot fill the required size is skipped. If no admitted source can fill a component, the trade reverts rather than settling with a missing component.

Shared liquidity between trades

The Lot's shared standing position makes liquidity visible between swaps. Multiple wallets can contribute USDG and Lot tokens, with shares recorded separately for each wallet and each Lot.

Before a swap, the hook removes this position. After the swap, it restores the position around the checked Lot value. The trade itself uses the temporary liquidity described above. Assets left outside the restored range remain part of the shared position's accounting.

Each LotFlow hook deployment has its own shared liquidity manager. Deposits for a Lot go to the manager of the hook that hosts its market. See Lot liquidity before a launch for minimum deposits, base and extra balances, locks and withdrawals.

Price and execution checks

Constituent limits

LotFlow supports up to five constituents per Lot. The native composer accepts 2–5 eligible components, and the hook refuses to open a market for a larger composition.

The Lot vault contract itself accepts up to ten components. A six-to-ten-component Lot created directly through the contract keeps its recipe and redemption rights, but it has no LotFlow market. See composition and routing limits.

Route checks

LotFlow uses the component-market value checked by NavGuardV15. Configured Chainlink feeds provide a separate price comparison. Coverage and tolerance requirements must pass before a price-dependent action proceeds.

The hook enforces its price band and settlement requirements. Component liquidity, transfer restrictions, available inventory, spreads, fees and gas still affect execution. A reference value or visible standing position is not a guaranteed sale quote.

Sale size and Lot inventory

During a sale routed the usual way, the hook can redeem only Lot tokens already held by the Uniswap v4 pool manager, such as launch-pool liquidity or a standing position, and a larger sale reverts. A sale on Lots pays the seller's Lot tokens in before the swap, so its size is not tied to that inventory. Any holder can still redeem Lot tokens directly through the Lot vault; see mint and redeem.

Lots with ETH-priced assets

A second deployment of the same LotFlow contract prices components that trade against ETH, with its own price checks. Composing Lots with ETH-priced components in the application is upcoming. Such a Lot is not a vault created by BasketFactoryV15, so it cannot serve as a launch quote.

Separate markets, separate rights

LotFlow serves Lot/USDG. Launch-token/Lot pools retain their own price, fee and locked principal. Launch tokens have no direct component-redemption rights. See routes, rights and contracts.

Contract names

LotFlow is deployed as the NavJitHookV17 contract, once for USD-priced and once for ETH-priced components; verified source and explorers show that name. Addresses: deployments.
