Troubleshoot and verify settlement
Use the wallet and transaction receipt to establish what happened. Page updates, charts and indexed balances can lag behind confirmation. Verify settlement before repeating an action.
Start with the error and transaction hash
Keep the selected asset, amount, receiving wallet and any transaction hash. Confirm Robinhood Chain and the connected account. If the wallet replaced the transaction, inspect the replacement receipt.
For a FOMO, Uniswap or other external order, also retain the provider's order reference. An app-level order can include several stages; use that provider's official status and support for those stages. See third-party platforms.
Follow the transaction stages

More slippage does not fix missing liquidity, unsupported routing, an access restriction or a failed token transfer. A transferable component can still be redeemed in kind even when a route selling it is unavailable.
Unofficial pools and external routes
Read any unofficial-pool warning on the token or Lot page and expand Details when offered. Another pool can use the same token with a different fee, hook or price. Verify those fields in the external app before signing. The warning is based on what the interface detects; no warning is not a safety guarantee.
An external app may fail to sell a token even when a native route is available. Return to the exact token page to request a native sell quote, or review an available Uniswap route independently. For Lot tokens, compare the USDG sale with component redemption.

Only confirmed onchain transactions establish settlement. A predicted address, quote or chart does not.
