Rotate a position

Rotate exchanges eligible launch tokens through their shared quote in one native transaction. External apps choose their own routes.

1. Verify eligibility

Open the source token's market page and select Rotate. The tab appears when the page has eligible destination markets. The tokens must be distinct launches registered with the same launch factory, on the same chain, using the same quote type and exact quote address.

For Lots, the vault address must match; similar recipes do not qualify. See eligible pairs.

2. Enter the amount and inspect the route

  1. Enter the source-token amount, or choose 25%, 50%, 75% or Max of the balance.
  2. Open the destination-token selector in You get and choose the token to rotate into.
  3. Check the direction and the quote. The direction control opens the reverse trade on the other token's page; it changes which token you spend.
Source launch token → shared Lot → destination launch token

Rotation keeps the Lot intact between independent launch-pool swaps.

Details shows the source token, shared Lot and destination token. Review the final minimum before approving the source-token spend.

3. Review both fees and the final minimum

Read the expected destination tokens, both pool fees, price impact, effective slippage and protected final output. The ticket uses the same slippage controls as Buy and Sell.

The source sale pays its fee in the source token. The destination buy pays its fee in the shared quote. Two 1% fees create 1.99% fee-only drag before impact, gas and rounding. The destination's early buying limits also apply while active.

Approve the source token if requested, verifying the router and amount. Then select Rotate and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

After confirmation

Verify decreased source and increased destination balances. Both swaps settle together or revert; gas can still be spent.

Review the transaction under Portfolio → Recent trades. If no compatible destination is offered, use a separately reviewed sale and purchase; each has its own fees, price exposure and confirmation.
